With a heart for people and a calling to serve, Pastor Frank Martinez founded Jesus Our Shepherd Church to bring faith, family, and furry friends together. A long-time resident of Anza, CA, Pastor Frank is known for his kind spirit, dedication to community outreach, and love of dogs. Whether he's leading worship or walking with families and their pets, he leads by example—with humility, warmth, and grace.

Through spiritual care and programs like Walking With Dogs, we provide comfort and connection for people in every stage of life. We believe God’s love reaches every living thing. That’s why our church supports both families and animals with dignity and kindness.

We partner with local shelters and rescue groups to help rehome animals, provide emergency resources, and support pet owners in need. Because caring for animals is part of our calling. Join us for our unique “Walking With Dogs” ministry—a beautiful time of fellowship, fresh air, and furry fun. This program allows individuals and families to walk and pray alongside trained volunteers and their dogs, creating meaningful moments of peace, healing, and connection.
